With the mounting of the LCD complete, the face of the gauge cluster needed a few modifications to finish things off.

 

To accommodate the LCD screen the mounting post for the temperature gauge needed to be notched.

 

The LCD is to be mounted behind the above panel - this normally houses a number of warning lights and door open display on the stock cluster.

 

The warning symbols and screen printing were polished away, leaving a transparent window which frames the LCD perfectly.
