Fitting a H4 HID high/low beam conversion kit to your MK2 Honda CRX.
The stock single beam headlights on the MK2 CRX even with a lamp upgrade aren't particularly good, so I decided to go for a HID upgrade.
As the CRX uses a single standard H4 lamp a "HIGH/LOW" HID kit would be required. This normally consists of a single HID lamp and a solenoid mechanism to allow the lamp to be moved between the two positions. This means you have the advantages of an HID lamp for both high and low beam positions, most production cars use an HID lamp (often with a 'projector' lens) for low beam and halogen for high beam.
